Access Your Annual Member Statement on MemberDirect

Annual member statement now available on MemberDirect.

 

Members, your 2024 Annual Member Statement is now available! You can now access and download your statement via MemberDirect.

 

What's on Your Annual Member Statement?

For current City employees, the annual statement includes information regarding your retirement membership date, contributions made during 2024, interest credited to your retirement account, your accrued service credit, your total contributions as of December 31, 2024, and more.

 

How to Access Your Annual Member Statement

  1. Visit www.coaers.org to log on to your MemberDirect account.
  2. Click the "Statements" tab to view and download your member statement.

If you don't have a MemberDirect account, you can enroll today by visiting our website, clicking the "Member Login/Registration" button and following the steps to enroll.
